NLP A To Z
Trance (hypnotic trance) - A
state in which the activity of the conscious mind is reduced or
overwhelmed, and the subconscious mind is more accessible for communication. With the permission of the subject, the programmer may use a light trance to help with rapport and relaxation, or a full hypnotic induction for hypnotherapy after a well-formed outcome has been elicited.
Triple Bind - A variation of a double bind (NLP version) in which a third option is presented. The third option is similar to one of the other options, but slightly less optimal. This has the effect of causing the recipient to more likely choose the similar option. More about triple binds.
